An Amazing Evening With Fabulous Food and New Found Friends!!! Simona and her husband Alfredo were so warm and friendly, making us feel very welcomed, from greeting us on the street to the delicious apperitivo awaiting us upon our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed Simona's menu Terra Mia, a reflection of her Napolitana roots. Every morsel of the food was exquisite; lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. Simona could easily open up her own restaurant in Rome with her level of expertise. Not only would I highly recommend a meal at Simona's but we are definitely planning a return visit. Grazie mille Simona! Julie and Nicola -

Wow, spending the evening cooking with Simona was a true treat. Simona is from Naples, the birthplace of pizza, and when I saw she offered a class on making pizza, pizza rustica and calzones, I was IN! Ok, so I didn't really cook, I took pictures while my mom did the work but the results were fabulous! Best pizza of our ENTIRE 2 week trip in Italy. And let's not forget the warm Italian hospitality of Simona, her apprentice and cute as a button son Tommaso and special guest star, Simona's mamma! This is a true authentic Italian experience and we were so glad we experienced it. BRAVA, Simona! We will definitely be recreating your recipes!

We had a great evening at Simona's home restaurant. The food was delicious, and Simona was full of interesteing historical facts on the origins of the dishes. The spaghetti alla putanesca was a particular success, as was her Caprese chocolate cake! The atmosphere was relaxed and Simona and her husband give their guests a really genuine non-touristy experience, showing them not only how locals eat, but how they live as well. Their son was adorable and added to the fun of the evening. Highly recommended

Simona, her husband and adorable son Tommy not only made us feel at home like we were all old friends but we ate amazingly. She combined the dishes with her Neapolitan roots and some Roman dishes like saltinbocca!!! Great experience to see how locals live, eat while in great company and making new friends!!!!
Great food and amazing hosts! I had some Roman and Neapolitan dishes, easy recipes but really well done. Spaghetti alla Puttanesca was excellent. Simona and her family are really friendly and we had a nice conversation all together during the meal, you immediately feel like eating at home with your friends. Convenient location, not far from the metro station so easy to reach by public transport. I hope I will try the others Simona recipes soon ;)

Simona and her husband were such friendly & warm hosts! I had a great experience dining at her house. Her home is beautifully furnished & you are in for a treat if you go for her Rome menu! I had to admit my fav dish of hers was the potato pie with smoked cheese and mortadadella! It was both sweet & savoury - a must-try at her place! Her roman dishes are made with much tender-loving care, they are exquisite to your palate. Be sure to leave enough room for desserts because you don't wanna miss out on it! But the best part of it all is the great company we had chatting with her & her husband :)

If you dine with Simona and her family, then you'll be in wonderful company! They were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The four-course meal - mainly dishes from Simona's native Naples - was also delicious and plentiful, as was the wine! You can tell Simona is very passionate about cooking as well as the city she grew up in. The conversation around the table also flowed and it was interesting to get some insight into Italian culture. I look forward to returning!

Dear Simona,
My wife and me hoped for having a nice party at your home and to eat some good italian recipes. Really, this party was more beautiful than we hoped before. Your napolitan cooking is fantastic. You're a "grand chef". But, best of all, we had a nice evening with you, your husband and your little boy. We think that this evening is the happiest memory of our stay in Roma. Eveyrthing was "famoso" (ah, your "lasagna"!). Thanks for all,
